Objective of the invention There is a need to further improve hybrid applicators, comprising a flexible core, in particular of thermoplastic material, studs molded with the core and a support comprising two metal branches twisted on the core to cause the latter to rotate around its longitudinal axis, so that the pins follow a helical path. Summary of the invention Applicator The present invention thus relates to an applicator for applying a cosmetic product to the eyelashes and / or the eyebrows, comprising an application member comprising: - a core of polymeric material, in particular thermoplastic, - at least one hoop molded with the core, and - a support comprising two branches, in particular metal, twisted around the core. Within the meaning of the invention, an arch is in the form of a curved rod anchored at its two ends in the core. The hoop thus has two feet in contact with the core at the ends of the hoop and an upper connecting part between the two feet. An empty space is thus created between each hoop and the core. The presence of at least one hoop makes it possible to have a reserve of product. Indeed, the product can be housed in the space between the soul and the hoop. The applicator member advantageously includes pins molded with the core. The twisted shape imposed by the support makes it possible to obtain a profusion of spikes for satisfactory combing and separation of the eyelashes. The applicator member preferably comprises at least two arches. The hoops are advantageously positioned adjacent to each other in at least one row, which extends axially, for example over substantially the entire length of the core. In this case, the invention makes it possible, by the twisted shape, to have hoops extending along the twisted core, arranged, one after the other, along a helical line which progresses distal end to a proximal end of the core. Similarly, the pins can be aligned with one another in at least one row, which extends axially for example over substantially the entire length of the core. In a particular embodiment, the applicator comprises two rows, in particular diametrically opposite, of pins and two rows, in particular diametrically opposite, of arches. The hoops are advantageously positioned in alignment with one another so that a single foot of an arch is adjacent to a single foot of an adjacent arch. According to this preferred embodiment, the hoops thus do not form a tunnel, are not facing each other. All hoops can have at least one relief. As a variant, only certain of the arches have at least one relief, the other arches being devoid of relief (s). At least two arches can have different dimensions, especially within the same row. In the latter case, the hoop positioned at at least one end of the row may have a height less than that of the hoop which is adjacent to it. Still in this case, the hoops positioned at the two ends of the row may have a height less than that of the other hoops of the row, which may have substantially the same height, or even be identical to each other. The hoops can be made of the same polymeric material, in particular thermoplastic, as the core. Alternatively, they are made of another polymeric material, being for example made by bi-injection or bi-material injection, or by overmolding. At least some of the pins molded with the core, in particular all the pins molded with the core, can be multiple, in particular double. By “pin”, we mean an individualizable projecting element. The single pins can be straight and extend radially from the longitudinal axis of the core. The core can define ribs on which the pins and hoops are connected, these ribs having a height of at least 0.5 mm, better still at least 0.8 mm. The ribs to which the pins are connected may have a height less than that of the ribs to which the arches are connected. As a variant, the ribs to which the pins are connected have a height greater than or equal to that of the ribs to which the arches are connected. The ribs of the core can define grooves between them where the branches of the support extend. The core can rotate on more than one revolution on itself around its longitudinal axis from one end to the other of the application member, under the effect of the twist induced by the branches of the support. The applicator may include a rod into which the support is inserted. The attachment of the support can be carried out in a similar manner to that of the twisted cores of conventional mascara brushes, for example by hot insertion of the core into a housing of the rod. The container 3 comprises, in the example considered, a threaded neck 4 and the applicator 2 comprises a closure cap 5 arranged to be fixed on the neck 4 in order to close the container 3 in a sealed manner when not in use , the closure cap 5 also constituting a gripping member for the applicator 2. The applicator 2 comprises a rod 7 with a longitudinal axis V, which is connected at its upper end to the closure cap 5 and, at its lower end, to an applicator member 8 according to the invention. The latter comprises a part made of thermoplastic material, shown in isolation in FIGS. 3 to 6, and a support 21 comprising two metal branches 20, visible in FIG. 2, twisted on the part made of thermoplastic material and between them to form a tail 24 serving to the fixing of the applicator member 8 to the rod 7. The part made of thermoplastic material has a core 10, pins 11 and arches 12, the pins 11 and arches 12 extending from and around the core 10. The container 3 comprises a wiping member 6, for example inserted in the neck 4. This wiping member 6, which can be any and which is made for example of elastomer, in the example considered comprises a lip arranged to wipe the rod 7 and the application member 8 when the applicator 2 is removed from the container 3. This wiping lip defines a wiping orifice 6a, of diameter adapted to that of the rod 7. The wiping orifice 6a can be of circular shape, possibly with slots. The diameter of the wiping orifice 6a is for example between 2.5 and 6 mm. The wiping lip 6 may optionally have undulations, allowing the wiping orifice 6a to widen more easily when the applicator member 8 passes. In the example illustrated, the rod 7 has a circular cross section but it is not beyond the scope of the present invention when the rod 7 has a different section, the fixing of the cap 5 on the container 3 can then be carried out other than by screwing, if necessary. Preferably and as in the example considered, the longitudinal axis V of the rod 7 is rectilinear and coincides with the longitudinal axis W of the container 3 when the applicator 2 is in place thereon, but one does not exit of the framework of the present invention when the rod 7 is not straight, for example forming an elbow. The rod 7 may comprise, if necessary, an annular constriction on its portion which comes to be positioned facing the wiping lip, so as not to mechanically stress the latter excessively during storage. The rod 7 to which the applicator member 8 is fixed may also be at least partially, in particular entirely, flexible, in particular near the applicator member. Any polymeric material, in particular thermoplastic, relatively rigid or not, for example SEBS, a silicone, latex, a reinforced sliding material, butyl, can be used for molding the thermoplastic part of the applicator member 8. EPDM, a nitrile, a thermoplastic elastomer, a polyester, polyamide, polyethylene or vinyl elastomer, a polyolefin such as PE or PP, PVC, EVA, PS, SEBS, SIS, PET, POM, PU, SAM, PA, PMMA. In the example considered, the core 10 carries two rows 25, diametrically opposite, of double pins 11 and two other rows 26, also diametrically opposite, of arches 12. Once twisted, as illustrated in FIG. 2, each of the rows of pins 11 or arches 12 form a helical line progressing from one end to the other of the core. Each arch 12 is presented, in the example illustrated and as visible in particular in FIG. 4, in the form of a circular arc comprising two feet 14 and a connecting part 27 between the legs 14. Each arch 12 is connected to the rib 22 by the ends 15 of the two feet 14. The arch 12 provides an empty space 13, semi-circular, with the core 10, in particular the rib 22 of the core 10. This space 13 makes it possible to form a reserve of product. In the example illustrated, the arch 12 comprises, in the connecting part 27, a plurality of reliefs 30, in the example illustrated in the form of points, turned outwards, in a direction a substantially perpendicular to the tangent s to the arc of a circle where they join.
